Enocta Shapes the Future of Corporate Development

Enocta introduces the AI-powered Talent Intelligence Platform, combining learning, development, performance, and career management in one ecosystem.

Enocta Shapes the Future of Corporate Development

Introduced at Enocta Day, the “Talent Intelligence Platform” brings learning, development, and career management together under one roof.

In the world of digital learning, it’s no longer just about learning — it’s about managing the speed of learning.
Turkey’s leading digital learning company, Enocta, unveiled a new concept at its “Shape the Future” themed Enocta Day, held in Istanbul on September 26: the Talent Intelligence Platform — a breakthrough that sits at the very heart of this transformation.

For over 20 years, Enocta has been providing digital learning solutions to more than 3 million employees across industries — from healthcare to defense, finance to e-commerce. Now, the company is entering a new era by merging this expertise with Human Resources technologies.
Powered by artificial intelligence, the Talent Intelligence Platform unites corporate learning, development, performance, and career management in a single, holistic ecosystem.

“Success now depends not on knowledge, but on learning agility.”

During the event, Enocta CEO Sercan Çelebi summarized this new vision of learning culture with a clear message:

“Organizational success no longer depends on knowledge, but on the ability to learn rapidly — and we are at the center of this transformation.
With the AI-powered Talent Intelligence Platform, we’re not only accelerating employees’ development journeys but also personalizing and making them meaningful. We combine learning, growth, and career pathways within one vision, empowering organizations to be ready for tomorrow.”

This vision marks a major leap for Enocta, taking its digital learning expertise into a new dimension.
The Talent Intelligence Platform connects all key HR functions — from identifying and planning development needs to learning management, performance monitoring, and career growth.
As Enocta defines it, “our focus will always be on people.”

AI Personas Bring Role-Playing Simulations to the Learning Experience

Another highlight of Enocta Day was the launch of Enocta Personas, the company’s new AI-driven learning solution.
Personas introduces a new way of training employees in fields like customer communication, sales, leadership, and crisis management.

Using lifelike AI-generated characters, employees can now engage in real-time interactive scenarios that simulate real workplace challenges.
Available in both Turkish and English, the system tracks and evaluates participants’ responses instantly — providing measurable insight into skills such as persuasion, empathy, and objection handling.

Unlike traditional e-learning modules, Personas focuses on the learner’s emotional and behavioral engagement, representing a new model of experiential, interaction-based learning.
It also stands as one of Turkey’s first large-scale applications of AI-based role-playing simulations in corporate learning.

Enocta Day: A Gathering of the Minds Shaping the Future

With the theme “Shape the Future,” Enocta Day went beyond a product launch — it became a celebration of learning culture.
Leaders from the business, education, and media sectors came together to discuss the evolving relationship between technology, learning, and human potential.

The event opened with Prof. Dr. Sinan Canan, who delivered a thought-provoking talk titled “Skills for the New World”, sharing insights into how technology has shaped human learning across history.
Later, a live AI conversation was held with a digital persona modeled after Prof. Dr. Acar Baltaş, followed by his keynote “Wisdom Intelligence in the Age of AI”, which explored the psychological dimensions of technology’s impact on human life.

In the panel “Learning Together, Shaping the Future,” Ahmet Hancer (Enocta Board Member), Gülhiz Demir (CHRO, Memorial Health Group), Gülper Öztürk Bezci (Director, Türk Tuborg Academy), and Gülperi Tandar (Director, LC Waikiki Academy) discussed emerging trends in L&D and shared best practices in building learning-oriented cultures.

Another inspiring session came from Dr. İrem Ergün, with her talk “Is It Possible to Age Well in the Age of AI?”
The day concluded with the “Shaping the Future of Learning and Development Awards,” celebrating organizations that drive meaningful learning impact.
With light shows, live performances, and magician Doruk Ülgen’s interactive act, the event turned into an unforgettable experience that blended technology and learning in perfect harmony.

EdTech Türkiye Commentary

Enocta’s Talent Intelligence Platform represents more than just a software launch — it symbolizes Turkey’s transition from learning technologies to human technologies.
It redefines corporate development through the lens of data, talent, and intelligence, positioning learning as an adaptive, measurable, and human-centered process.

By leveraging the power of AI to personalize and connect every stage of development, Enocta transforms learning from a static activity into a dynamic, data-driven growth journey.
In today’s world, an organization’s readiness for the future is not determined by what it knows, but by how quickly it can learn and adapt.
With this step, Enocta is setting a new standard for the Turkish EdTech ecosystem — one that resonates on a global scale.
